Plan vendor upgrades and check which rarity can be rerolled.
Level 1 supports Rare rerolls; level 2 adds Special; level 3 adds Unique. The two upgrades cost 20 and 40 Echo Shards. Vendor level is shared across the five locations.
Power upgrades use Emeralds; talismans are excluded. The new detailed Blacksmith page adds the published upgrade ceiling, per-step Emerald formula and escalating reroll costs, with the underlying-level/displayed-power limitation retained.
Brave Haven and Howling Woods access follows The Missing Note Blocks. Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains availability follows their respective main quests.
